Basic Structure (Three Major Core Assemblies)

Turbine Side (Exhaust Assembly)Attached to the exhaust manifold, it receives 600–900 ℃ hightemperature exhaust gas that drives the turbine impeller, spinning the main shaft at 100,000–200,000 rpm.

Compressor Side (Intake Assembly)Coaxially powered, the compressor wheel compresses air filtered by the air cleaner and feeds boosted air into engine cylinders.

Center Bearing Unit (Lubrication Cooling Housing Assembly)Designed with floating bearings and engine oil cooling lubrication passages, it withstands high thermal loads and ultra fast rotation. Engine oil dissipates heat to prevent bearing sintering faults.

Working Principle (4 Step Operating Cycle)

Exhaust Gas Activation ForceHot high pressure exhaust flows into the turbine casing and rapidly rotates the turbine wheel.

Coaxial Supercharging MovementThe turbine shaft drives the compressor impeller to rotate synchronously at high speed.
