Basic Structure (Three Primary Components)

Turbine End (Exhaust Side)Joined to the exhaust manifold, it is impacted by 600–900 ℃ hot exhaust gas, rotating the central shaft at 100,000–200,000 rpm through the turbine wheel.

Compressor End (Intake Side)Driven by the shared shaft, the compressor impeller compresses air filtered by the air filter and sends boosted air into engine cylinders.

Central Bearing Housing (Lubrication & Cooling Module)Incorporating floating bearings and engine oil lubrication cooling passages, it endures high temperatures and ultra high rotation speeds. Engine oil dissipates heat to avoid bearing seizure failure.

Working Principle (4 Stage Mechanism)
