  • Jerky / jittery operation: Scratched spool, spring fatigue, unstable pilot pressure; Grind or replace spools and springs, calibrate pilot pressure.
  • Oil leakage: Aging seals, valve body cracks; Replace sealing parts; repair cracks by welding or replace the valve body if cracked.
  • Uncoordinated compound actions: Merging valve sticking, load check valve failure; Clean the merging valve, check the tightness of check valves.
