Core Structure

Working Principle

Common Faults & Causes

• Noise anomaly and jittering: Gear wear, pitting corrosion, bearing breakdown, inadequate or contaminated gear oil, abnormal meshing clearance.
• Oil seepage and leakage: Worn oil seals, housing cracking, excessive oil volume, blocked ventilation valve.
• Weak slewing performance: Gear/bearing wear, brake cannot fully release, motor internal oil leakage, improper speed ratio configuration.
• Overheating failure: Lack of lubricant, oil aging, frequent overload, brake dragging, poor heat dispersion.
