The HP pressure limiting mechanism truncates pump displacement at peak pressure thresholds, protecting hydraulic pipelines and hydraulic cylinders from burst failure. Common operational defects include internal seepage triggered by piston wear, valve plate fracture or regulator blockage, which leads to sluggish machine response and inadequate power output. A jammed full-displacement regulator results in engine overload, black smoke emission and sudden shutdown during heavy-load construction. Severe internal leakage converts hydraulic pressure loss into thermal energy, inducing abnormal overheating of hydraulic fluid.
