I. Product Features

• Material: Mainly cast iron or cast aluminum, with plastic alternatives available.
• Shape: Small disc‑type or cup‑shaped structure, either threaded or snap‑on design, roughly 20–40 mm in diameter.
• Mounting Position: Installed on the side or bottom of the main multi‑way valve, near the spool end cover or oil‑drain port.

Functions

• Protects the drain pin / drain plug. The drain plug features a tiny bore for releasing trapped water, impurities and air inside the valve. The outer cover stops sand, mud, stones and metal debris from clogging the small hole or jamming the spool.
