Drive the swash plate and change pump displacement The servo piston is connected to the swash plate. It performs linear reciprocating movement under pilot pressure oil, pushing the swash plate to change its tilt angle:

Larger swash plate angle → increased pump displacement and higher output flow

Smaller swash plate angle → reduced pump displacement and lower output flow

Load sensing and power control It automatically adjusts the swash plate angle according to system pressure feedback to realize total power control and negative flow control, preventing engine stall and matching excavation load requirements.

Position feedback to maintain stable displacement The servo piston is fitted with a feedback linkage. It feeds its position back to the control spool to form closed-loop regulation and quickly stabilize at the target flow rate.
