Original E349 Fan Pump 524-0924524 Repair Kit New Excavator Spare Parts Replacement Seal Gasket Bearing Set

Working Principle:
The engine drives the transmission shaft of the fan pump to rotate. The internal plungers reciprocate to suck and discharge hydraulic oil and generate high-pressure oil.
Water temperature and hydraulic oil temperature sensors send real-time temperature signals to the vehicle ECU.
The ECU outputs current to control the proportional solenoid valve at the rear of the fan pump, adjusting the tilt angle of the swash plate:

Low temperature: Small swash plate angle → small displacement → low fan speed;

High temperature: Large swash plate angle → large flow rate → high fan speed for powerful heat dissipation.High-pressure oil flows into the fan motor, which drives the cooling fan to blow air over the water radiator and hydraulic oil cooler.The return oil flows back to the hydraulic tank after cooling, forming an independent closed heat dissipation hydraulic circuit.
