The HP pressure limiting function minimizes pump displacement at peak pressure to protect hydraulic pipelines and oil cylinders from rupture damage. Common malfunctions include internal leakage stemming from piston wear, valve plate damage or regulator blockage, leading to slow operation speed and inadequate power output. A locked maximum-displacement regulator triggers engine overload, black smoke exhaust and stalling during heavy-duty operation. Excessive internal leakage turns pressure loss into thermal energy, causing abnormal hydraulic oil temperature rise. System air entry, insufficient hydraulic oil and faulty bearings or pistons generate abnormal operating noise. Daily maintenance work requires periodic replacement of hydraulic oil and filter elements to prevent abrasion of precision internal parts. It is essential to maintain good tightness of oil suction pipes to avoid air ingestion and machine vibration, and keep hydraulic fluid at standard levels to preserve stable pump performance.
