Rexroth A11 Series A11V0190 Hydraulic Pump Parts Construction Machinery Parts

As the key power component in excavator hydraulic systems, the main hydraulic pump receives engine drive power to convert mechanical energy into high-pressure hydraulic energy. It transports pressurized hydraulic fluid to hydraulic motors to realize all working movements of the excavator. Most engineering construction excavators adopt axial variable displacement piston pumps. Medium and large excavator units are fitted with an integrated dual main pump and rear pilot gear pump unit. Two standalone high-pressure oil supply circuits supply oil to the main control valve, enabling compound working movements, with a rated working pressure range from 28MPa to 35MPa. The low-pressure pilot pump mounted at the machine tail operates at 3–4MPa with low flow output, offering pilot pressure oil for control handle operation and main valve spool regulation. Piston groups fixed on the cylinder block and pump casing rotate synchronously with the main shaft, accomplishing oil absorption and pressurization workflows. Adjusting the swash plate inclination angle changes piston stroke length, which modifies the pump’s displacement capacity. An external servo regulator controls swash plate position based on hydraulic feedback data. A larger tilt angle enhances flow rate and operational speed, while a smaller angle reduces fuel usage and prevents engine shutdown. The valve plate divides low-pressure intake and high-pressure outlet channels to distribute hydraulic oil uniformly. The pump integrates three core control functions to guarantee stable and reliable operation. Constant power control automatically decreases pump displacement under higher load conditions, protecting the engine and raising power utilization efficiency. The LS load-sensing system provides flow volume matching actual working demands and maintains low idle displacement to save fuel. The HP pressure limiting function cuts pump displacement at peak pressure levels, preventing damage such as rupture to hydraulic pipelines and oil cylinders. Common operational faults include internal leakage due to worn pistons, fractured valve plates or blocked regulators, resulting in slow operating speed and insufficient power delivery. A stuck maximum-displacement regulator causes engine overload, black smoke emission and stalling during heavy-duty tasks. Excessive internal leakage converts pressure loss into heat energy, triggering abnormal hydraulic oil temperature elevation. Air infiltration into the hydraulic system, inadequate hydraulic fluid levels and damaged bearings or pistons produce abnormal operational noise. Regular daily maintenance includes replacing hydraulic oil and filter elements periodically to avoid wear of precision internal components. Ensuring excellent tightness of oil suction pipelines stops air ingestion and equipment vibration, and maintaining standard hydraulic oil levels sustains stable pump performance.
